Epsom is one of Auckland’s most sought-after city fringe suburbs, filled with heritage homes and some of New Zealand’s best schools.

Epsom Girls Grammar is just a 300m walk along the street, while Auckland Grammar is a 15-minute walk. Auckland Normal Intermediate and Epsom Normal Primary are all also nearby and in zone. Excellent private schools in close proximity include Diocesan School and St Cuthbert's College.

Newmarket’s vibrant shopping, dining and entertainment precinct is a 10-minute walk from Owens Lane. Westfield, Teed Street, Broadway and Nuffield Street offer a vast selection of boutiques, bars, cafes and international cuisine, as well as movie theatres, the Olympic Pool and train station.

Mount Eden’s charming village is well-equipped with shops, services and eateries, including the renowned Circus Circus café, De Post Belgian Beer Café and Pasta & Cuore. Epsom Central offers Farro, the Lido Cinema and Sake Bar Nippon.

Residents of Owens Lane are spoilt for choice when it comes to finding green space for exercise and recreation. Lovers of the outdoors can explore Maungawhau Mount Eden, Eden Garden, Cornwall Park and One Tree Hill, and the Auckland Domain.

This is an incredibly well-connected neighbourhood, with bus stops at either end of Owens Road, as well as the motorway onramp just moments away. Auckland CBD is just a 10-minute drive, bus ride or Uber away.
